  The Nebraska DMV is now offering a fully narrated supplemental drivers education course. Although the course will not meet the Nebraska drivers education requirments, it does allow new drivers the opportunity to be better prepared for a learner's permit test.   Missouri currently has a law requiring helmets for all riders, however, the proposed Senate bill 1067 would allow riders age 21 or older to make the decision of whether or not to wear a helmet.
