  A fertility doctor sued a young girl the he blamed for causing a bicycle accident. The girl was on roller blades and the doctor was on the bicycle. The jury found that the girl was not responsible and was probably startled when the doctor rode on his bicycle up behind her, rang his bell and shouted "watch out."
