A Washington-based non-profit transportation research group (TRIP) has determined that 622 Iowa bridges are one point away from being structurally decifient. The Nebraska DMV is now offering a fully narrated supplemental drivers education course. Although the course will not meet the Nebraska drivers education requirments, it does allow new drivers the opportunity to be better prepared for a learner's permit test.
